New FAQs and My Q&A in Support Homepage

Sena reopens FAQs page and adds My Q&A page in Support homepage. New FAQs system, with a new architecture based on DBMS as well as a new look and feel, can be easily sorted by product model and type of question. If the answer is not found in FAQs, the

user can log onto My Q&A page to post questions, and to browse the user own Q&A list in the past. Using this FAQ system and My Q&A, the user can refer to general questions and answers while receiving tailored answers to the user specific questions.

Sena Provides the HelloDevice PS100 and PS400 to Korea Telecom, the Biggest Telecom Company in Korea

Korea Telecom, a leading company in IT/Telco industry in Korea, decides to use the HelloDevice PS100 and PS400 to remotely manage their FLC (Fiber Loop Carrier) equipments in their facilities. Starter kit for HD1321: HD1321SK
